Sequel to “THE SPOTLIGHT FOR 2015” which I have earlier published on this blog January 1st, 2015 archived HERE. Constantly our inner man is at war either to imbibe new truth into its consciousness or struggling to accept challenges required to manage eventualities of life and season. Just as time and season won't cease, so also each new day is a blank cheque divinely endowed us to determine its fate. Never do we have to determine its outlook until it’s expended at the close of each turnout.
Towards a bid of balancing the checks, option of vision and planning do emerge. Vision and planning help you put activities of tomorrow in order while still in today. No force is powerful as these determinant factors that spells out in details what one tend to do even when such may lack how the day will look with its challenges.
As events of new daybreak unfold, each comes with its challenges and the way you manage them determines what you become in life. Cogitate: our lives can’t be lived on costly assumption or mistake of interpreting our destiny based on circumstances. Your destiny is never/ or will never be a function of life’s eventualities.
In life you can only become relevant when there is an understanding of bigger picture of component functioning that you fit in. Hence, a better understanding of the season and time we currently operate goes a long mile in positioning us to function effectively in a crucial dispensation where much is required from us. Worst of all mistakes you can make is that of procrastination, delaying urgent issues till the future. Let it be known to you that your future starts any seconds from now. So many folks have been struck with this procrastination termite which has made them run with ambitions borne out of fantasy and not reality. This is the moment we need play the game right according to the rule. What is the rule? Doing the right thing at the right time and the right situation. My dad will further the rule with his slogan “doing things decently and in order”. This depicts the ‘Monochronictiming perspective’ where time is seen as a resources that need to be scheduled, committed to and objectively used.
By default, a wheelbarrow, trailer or canoe needs to be pushed, pulled or paddled to get anywhere but that should not be applicable to us. We must be responsible to ourselves in determining the pace of our movement and not people or circumstances. You must realize that you are either moving other people to decisions or they are moving you. Never wait for perfect conditions before things get done, play the game right. The response ability in you must be activated in living out your life’s script. Go the extra mile in achieving life worthwhile visions, give no room for murmuring or complain because failure in life is inexcusable. Only the fool sees excuse as a tool they should trade with.
Here’s one truth you need know! You must understand why you were created before determining your purpose in life. If not you can be caught unaware in search for your purpose without knowing the main reason why you live as a living being. Little wonder many base fulfillment on what they do in life rather than what they ought to do. When you begin to live for the greater cause – assignment in life, then you are working in purpose. And you can yield maximum output and productivity in life by understanding the seasons and timing because these are windows to greater opportunities that daily beckons on us.
There can't be improvement so certain as that which proceeds from the right and timely use of what you already have. How objective and productive the turn of our lives will take if only we come to the understanding of rolling with what's in our deposit than rolling with what we have not in our deposit. As you every moments of the day count, equally make every moment of your life also count. It does not matter how many throwbacks, ups and down or self pity party that you might have been through in life, there still remain a threshold strength inherent in you that can stimulate in PLAYING THE GAME RIGHT according to THE GOVERNING RULE of life!
