THE WAITING EXPERIENCE (part 2)

Lets continue with our series on this thoughtline, you can CLICK Here to read series 1. We live in dispensation where our strength and power will fail us, but we can count on His power to strengthen our fallible strength. In Him alone, we find new strength. When is the qualifying time for this new release of strength?  The appropriate time is if there’s acknowledgement of weakness, weariness in the spirit realm, when you feel you amount to nothing without Him. That is the crucial moment of God’s Kairos time to energizes a tired you and give fresh strength to a dropout you. It’s easier for God to fill an empty you than a filled you.

And what happened if strength has come, you begin to soar high and run in sphere of influence. Scripture said “But those who wait for the Lord shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up  as eagles; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.” Isaiah 40:31 amp.

How is the experience like while still waiting!

1.  There is a rub-off (transfer) of God’s strength to revive you the patient that has worn out strength in form of exhaustion and weakness. You know how you feel when you get alert of money transfer not laundering from one’s account to your own bank account.

2.  God will demand whatever is in your hand which’s seed He’ll multiple. Seed here is not that of  monetary but your gifting, callings and purpose. Every seed has potentiality of multiplying to become forest. Just look at the vastness of a forest, you begin to reproduce in kinds. It implies that every of your endeavours becomes productive thereby yielding dividends and returns.

3.  Your feeble kneel possess ability to rise above difficulties like an eagle that soar into the sky. 

4.  Your spirit-man is active and sensitive to receive signal for direction and instruction from the source terminal HOLY SPIRIT. Stop coming to His presence rather dwell (live) constantly in His presence. Don’t join folks that sing “there is something that makes me coming into your presence my helper…” He seek for those who will daily (24/7) pitch their tent in His presence to mediate, inquiry and behold His glory.

5. While still waiting the breath of the Almighty is giving you access to ‘Sophia’ (Greek word for wisdom) that makes insight into reality possible. The inner mind is being energized and reinforced to acquire knowledge and skill by studying, meditating and getting the necessary training that keeps it growing younger in wisdom. Humn, I heard someone said but I don’t have resources to finance this. The truth is that provision will divinely be supplied to facilitate those aspects ‘cause there is a willingness in your inner mind to grow by understanding the books as Daniel did.

6.  There’s accumulation of strength, a walking feet/life becomes a running feet/life that can move beyond the fainting level. Energy is boosted up. Simply put: fainting is losing expectation of a desirable change. 

7. You are being yielded to His control and influence…the weaker you get, the stronger you become via release of His power. Creflo Dollars once observed: Every move of God is borne of His spirit and power. What a strong and profound statement!

8. Active mode is activated for there is a transition from “sleeping mode to active mode” where response ability is harnessed. 

9. Capacity to contain God’s spirit, His increase and expansion in sphere of influence is released. God now becomes a secret not to be kept; doors of opportunities are opened for you to go places with realities of His truth and kingdom.

10. Tenacity to persist continually in the Labour (or groaning) room – prayer is divinely endowed to you. A fainting, weak prayer life now soar to make tremendous power dynamic in its working available “Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans.” Romans 8:26 Msg

11. Unlike the pregnant woman who got diminished during pregnancy, we get enlarged in our waiting room. The longer we wait, the larger we become, and the more joyful our expectancy is.

12. Our difficult moment of pain now yields strength in us ‘cause His Spirit is daily arousing us to the process of adaptation with light affliction that is just for a moment.

God’s power is made available at our disposal to divinely empower us to run the race apportioned to us. GOD IS WILLING TO EMPOWER YOU THAN YOU ARE WILLING TO BE DIVINELY EMPOWERED!

THE WAITING EXPERIENCE (part 1)

When a pregnant woman is asked of her month of delivery, she randomly responds. Now her response might be that of assurance or uncertainty because the date is predicted based on EDD – “EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY”. The administering doctor gives this date as a precaution to the woman to be on the watch of possible day she might deliver her newborn baby. The woman is now caught up in the process of a strong force WAITING! Day in, day out she await delivery of her neonate (excuse me I mean newborn baby, forgotten I’m not in a psychology or child devt class). Suddenly her expectation,waiting end and become a story line after delivery of the neonate. 

While she’s still waiting, she needs dozes of strength to journey through the path of EDD. Waiting in its pure form is expecting, looking for, hoping for something unusual. Call it change, still on point. “It takes strength for a woman to wait during pregnancy period and for her to deliver baby.
It does not matter the love that the husband’s or the man responsible for the pregnancy have for her when its time for delivery she alone pushes in the labour room.  What she needs at this point is not caress or love but STRENGTH to push into delivery.

Its God default plan to sit on us via the release of His power. However, this plan has not changed “But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.” – Acts 1:8.  Power here is from the Greek word “DUNAMIS”, the root meaning is inerrant (faultless, infallible) power that causes dynamic change. 

Friends, that you've received the Alos parakletus (Comforter who is the Holy Spirit) and think its end-of-discussion is a wrong assumption. Notice in that scripture, you realized it was after the first process of receiving Holy spirit have been initiated before power was endued the Apostles from on high. So there is next level to being filled with the Holy Spirit.

Little wonder the Apostle’s could not go far in their primary assignments after demise of Christ’s death because they’ve not been divinely empowered to perform responsibilities attached to their portfolio. The ‘waiting room experience’ becomes a necessity not option if they really want to perform their tasks. In the same vein, many of us have not been able to move beyond the limit of impediments daily besieging us due to the fact that we’ve not pass through the waiting room experience.

Let me reiterate here that waiting is not necessarily fasting; in fact permit me to say it is not about fasting. Over the years I have heard many preached that waiting is a product of fasting. Some even tell you I’m waiting on the Lord because they’re fasting. Now if you say fasting is waiting, what happened after fasting? It means waiting is over. What an error! Waiting is a period of expecting (looking for) a supernatural dynamic change which comes in form of pregnancy that first occur within and through us to the watching world. 

Habakkuk was a typical example of this. He had to wait upon his watch getting the message that will impart both his inner man and outer world. (Hab. 2:1-3). Ours waiting is different from the pregnant woman which has an end after delivery, but ours is a continuum process that spans overtime inasmuch we are constantly in tuned with the source. If we must truly wait on Him then there must be sensitivity in the spirit, sensitive to download from His throne.

Question: Why do many labour fruitlessly or effortlessly without gains? Or why do you still struggle with that idea for so long? The answer is simple: you’ve not been empowered, equipped, immune with the medium of ‘Spirit-power’ which is the impetus or force needed to cause dynamic changes. It takes divine strength to run those worthwhile ideas of yours…by physique shall no man prevail in sphere of influence. Until you acknowledge God as your only source of help and grace before He can come through for you in your marketplace – sphere of influence.  Oh you taught that knowledge rejected is not part of it, then you are wrong ‘cause knowledge (skill acquisition) is also product of the Spirit-power. By His spirit we’re being transformed by information.

Not until the disciples were supplied with power before they perform exploits that shook their world. Your refrigerator or electrical appliances at your house or office never yield productive result until there is power supply (which might comes in form of PHCN or generator for those residing in Nigeria) to fuel it to work. No matter the exorbitant prices you brought them or how precious you hold high esteem for these products becomes useless as garbage heap, all because there is unavailability of force needed to power it to productivity. 

Cogitate on this: “IT IS THE FLOW OF HIS POWER THAT IS CAPABLE OF DIVINELY ENABLING US TO GO BEYOND HUMAN STRENGTH AND LIMITATIONS. MAN’S STRENGTH IS LIMITED IN SPACE TO WHERE IT CAN GO COMPARED TO THE UNLIMITED HORIZON THAT GOD’S POWER CAN SUSTAIN. IT HAS NO LIMITS TO THE CAPACITY IT CAN CONTAIN.”
