Hi, glad to have secured your most engrossed attention. I have come to discovered that revolution and breaking new frontiers in sphere of influence has become unfeasible to some microscopic few due to insufficient provisions to contain the capacity of their expected achievement. Masses of people are still tied down to their obsolete attachments which in its sense lack efficiency to contain giant strides of accomplishments in stock for them. We keep going round the spot with wrong mindset that we can get new results, even when we are still stocked with normal routines that can’t guarantee success.

The truth is we can’t keep on treading the usual path and think we can get on with waves of innovations currently unfolding around us. Thus, many have been trapped down with the spirit of complacency and mediocrity which has caused loads of damages to them.

Expansion becomes crucial for us to push beyond the limitations that our systems, cultures have placed on us. The incumbent position we’ve found ourselves is not the perfect platform our creator want us to operate on. Ages past, our operational root have been faulty all because it has been limited to contain decayed fames; thereby restraining the needed impetus that ought to launch us out to wider worlds of exploits. Note, your relevance in life will always hinge on preparation towards expanding your current base of operation. Hence, you need to spread – expand your territories ‘cause we are not born to survive but to dominate the realm ‘earth’. Don’t stay put on your current page; flip to other hidden pages that need to be uncovered which is full of untapped discoveries. 

The vehicle through which expansion is being driven is ‘vision’. This is the capacity to see beyond the ‘contemporary’. It entails fixing our gaze towards life’s achievements which lies ahead of us – this is what the future has got in store for us. This certifies that our Creator has breathed in us species of vision fit to render qualitative services to humanity. Your best days are not behind but ahead. Permit me to sort out this erroneous belief of anonymity in which most of us have carried over the years because no one lives beyond the limits of their belief system.  What is this erroneous belief? It’s the concept that ‘the future is tomorrow’. Not so! Counters Emmanuel Abiona. Your future is ‘now’… it’s the right time to prepare for the future. Reflect; the future not prepared for never becomes reality; it will become a tale full of thrilled rumors. Its amazing that many procrastinate and squander today’s resources thinking the future they have to prepare for is still the nearest seasons yet to arrive.

As I sign off from this piece, let me submit to you that we’ve been divinely configured to spread beyond our routinal vista … “clear lots of terrains for your pavilion! Think big, smash old records and never hold back; let your tent peg be firmly rooted to source void of collapse during stormy seasons. Spread abroad to the right and left ‘cause you’ve got to possess nations. 

The surface on which you currently operate on is excessively far to where you ought to be. Once again make those desolated cities habitable; renovate and fix those old ruins.” There are more grounds to be conquered, more feats to be unveiled; this is not your resting zone. Friends, play time is over, it’s time to be reoriented with core values geared towards strategizing and expediting actions on those worthwhile principles capable of sustaining us at breaking edge of being in charge of our sphere of influence. Once more, spread to the world of ‘no limit’. Looking forward to see you at the uppermost realm of global impact.

THE ENTREPRENEUR'S CODE OF CONDUCT

Of recent sphere of influence has been a competitive race where everyone is busy getting incentives for their business.  Somehow, somewhere branding is taking place but not all are treading the true path of this concept ‘branding’. What you don’t know will later turn out to be what will hurt you. The primary motive of every business is to solve a problem by adding value through the aid of rendering qualitative services and solutions that will answer the missing link “problems”. 

This to some extent might not appease the money-driven entrepreneurs who have been taught wrong principle that business is all about profit making even if it’s not solving problems. It’s the problem you solve that earns you profit which is an exchange for the services you’ve provided…WITHOUT PROBLEMS, NO BUSINESS PROFIT! Business is born when you anticipate a problem that need to be solved. In life, “you don’t seek a business rather you seek problem that give birth to business”. 

To earn that profit in your business, you must first believe in your product that it is proven to proffer solutions to your client’s problems. The reason why your client keeps patronizing you is because they believe in your brand that it’s fit to solve their problems. Belief in your product/brand to some large extent stimulates and boosts your brand selling strategies cum level of self confidence.

Cogitate: you can’t effectively sell your brand/product if you don’t place value on them. The value you placed on your products determines the confidence in their abilities of satisfying the daily needs of your customers/clients. For instance if I must convince clients on my brand, I should have first showed premium of confidence in a principle I proposed as a brandmaster for training and consulting client on brand/strategy development and business principles – reliability (ability to reproduce or multiply with consistency, accuracy and precision par time) and validity (ability to measure up and maintain high standard in a dynamic way) of the brand before marketing it to prospective target audience. That coupled with professionalism and integrity will create lasting impression in the minds of my target audience.


 Here’s the idea, the first impression of your customer/clients last long and become bold inasmuch there is qualitative services watering its appetite. Hence, customer service delivery should not be handled with levity. Oftentimes I patronize a service provider; I do check their response to customer care and relation. On many occasions I have scored many service providers low on guest management (customer services), many of them think they are doing their customer good not knowing that it is their customer that is doing them good by patronizing them. As an entrepreneur or service provider, it is your responsibility to learn skills on how to manage your clients/customers because deepest desire of every human is to be treated as a VIPs.  

BUSINESS RENDERED ON THE PREMISE OF A CONDUCIVE CUSTOMER CARE AND RELATION SERVICES THRIVE AND CREATE LASTING IMPRESSIONS ON ITS CLIENTS. Further buttressing this reality, John Mason observed in one of his book that “we make a first-class mistake if we treat others as second class people.”

To truly balance brand/product reliability and validity, the service provider must maintain a high sense of integrity by being the best at adding value on whatever they do. This help to deliver services to their esteemed consumer/customer/client. One problem that may surface in bid of brand reliability and validity is overpromising your target audience and under-delivering services promised. A lesson for the wise entrepreneur “NEVER PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN’T DELIVER”. Before your brand gain acceptability it must have been test run till it get to the final stage where clients can now buy into the vision of the brand.

Another secret, “everything you do and say creates an image”. You can’t afford to present your brand/business less than the platform of PROFESSIONALISM! Just a little shift will help in adjusting to business etiquette. Innovation is the tool for change that alters unproductive routines, ethics and tradition stocked in your mindset. Don’t address your brand like a suspect if you want it to be address as prospect.

Constantly we found ourselves at peak of war struggling with the challenges required to manage eventualities of life and its season. Every new dawn is a blank cheque divinely endowed us to determine its fate. We never determine its outlook until it’s expended at the close of each turnout. Hence, in a bid to balance the checks, the option of vision and planning comes in. Vision and planning help you put activities of tomorrow in order while still in today.
No force is powerful as these determinant factors that spells out in details what one tend to do even when such may lack how the day will look with its challenges. 

EVERY CHALLENGE IN LIFE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STIR UP THE HIDDEN CHAMPION IN YOU. Inasmuch as the world still exists, there will always be time for new seasons; summer and winter, springtime and harvest. As those events unfold, each comes with its challenges and the way you manage them determines what you become in life. Cogitate: don’t ever make costly assumption or mistake of interpreting your destiny based on circumstances. Your destiny is never/ or will never be a function of life’s eventualities. Despite all odds, you must be resolute in getting beyond the knocked-out point, get up and keep moving

Here’s a principle of mine…“you become relevant in life when there is an understanding of bigger picture of functioning that you fit in”. You can't keep on living a floundering life void of purposeful living. Understanding this season and time will go a long mile in positioning us to operate effectively in a crucial dispensation where much is required from us. Erroneous mistake many make is that of procrastination, delaying urgent issues till the future. Amass of people have been struck with this termite which has made them run with ambitions borne out of fantasy. 

Now is the real time you need play the game right according to the rule. What is the rule? Doing the right thing at the right time and the right situation. My dad will further the rule with his slogan “doing things decently and in order”. This depicts the ‘Monochronic timing perspective’ where time is seen as a resources that need to be scheduled, committed to and objectively used. 

In our world today, we are perplexed on every side to always embark on new projects that have no worthwhile roles to complement in our lives and to humanity thereby living other projects abandoned. Don’t be in a haste to forget incomplete projects you’ve began, peradventure if it will lead to a successful you. Of what use will it be launching into new projects where you still have some abandoned projects lying fallow? 

Each of us has an ability to begin the creation of what we need from something that already exists. Just a little shift will help you put finishing touches to those projects. Never despise those little beginnings, for in them lies seeds of greatness. All great exploits we see around us did not just arrive in twilight –no Rome is ever built in a day.

Don’t be like a wheelbarrow, trailer or canoe that needs to be pushed, pulled or paddled to get anywhere. You must realize that you are either moving other people to decisions or they are moving you. Never wait for perfect conditions before you get things done, play the game right. Activate the response ability in you and others. Go the extra mile in achieving those worthwhile visions, give no room for murmuring or complain because failure in life is inexcusable.

Yield maximum output and productivity in life by understanding the seasons and timing because these are windows to greater opportunities that daily beckons on us. No improvement is so certain as that which proceeds from the right and timely use of what you already have. Make every moments of the day count. How fierce it might be you can still PLAY THE GAME RIGHT!
